What We Do

Coppice Land helps everyday people unlock the hidden value in their land by securing planning permission for small, well-designed residential plots. You stay in full control, you pay nothing upfront, and we handle the entire planning process for you. If planning is approved, the value of your land can increase dramatically — and we share in that uplift together.

How It Works

We start with a free, no-obligation review of your land. If it looks suitable, we handle the entire planning application at our own cost. You remain the landowner at all times. If planning is approved, we help you realise the increased value — usually through selling the plot — and share the uplift together. If planning isn’t approved, it costs you nothing.

 

Site Identification

We are very selective in the sites we identify for potential development, and only work on a handful at any one time. If you’ve heard from us, it’s because we think your land could present a unique opportunity.

Initial Contact

We like to introduce ourselves the correct way – with a letter that explains why we think your land has potential, why we are the right people to work with, and why now is the time to act.

Deal Agreed

There’s no ‘one size fits all’ in this situation. Each site needs its own bespoke agreement, which allows landowners to explore all options, including joint venture, outright sale or land promotion.
